Capability Pattern: Test and Evaluate [within Scope]

This capability pattern covers the activities required for testing within a particular scope. The scope could be a particular level or type of test, such as Function Test. It may also limited in scope to the components, or portions thereof, that have been implemented or are planned to be implemented during the iteration.
